What Causes Heart Palpitations , Sleeplessness And Excessive Sweating During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am a 27 year old women. Last year I had a perfectly healty baby boy who is now 5 months old. I had a super healthy pregnancy and post partum. I started to get my period 2 months after bırth and they were very regular. However, I missed my period about 3weeks ago thinking I was pregnant again. I took a few dollar store tests they did not show positive within the time limit but eventually they all turned posıtıve. About a week ago I started to bleed but was never able to see a baby. Now, I am feeling I have trouble with my blood sugar. It keeps dropping. The test my doctor did shows BS OK. I also feel very severe Thyroıd symptoms like palpitations, sweating, emotinal distress, sleep troubles but Thyroid looks Ok too.I am so confused as to what I am going through and ıf my body will correct itself. Sorry for the long story Any advıce is greatly appreciated, Thank you

Hi,
I understand your query.
I have read your query carefully, & understood your problem.
You had delivered 5 months back 7 must be nursing your child( breast feeding causes irregular/stopping of menses),
You had delay in periods due to that . Pregnancy test was +ve, which gave you psychological stress, producing what you call thyroid symptoms! ( as eventually blood sugar/ thyroid tests were normal)
Pregnancy test may be false +ve due to polluted sample/ test errors. You have also started bleeding. To rule out the doubt get your blood HCG test done.
You long story denotes the anxiety you have- it is a natural phenpmenon seen in new mothers, who are confused for their own priorities & baby reaing-- this goes over a time, with getting adjusted to new life.
I would suggest,
Adopt a family planning device ( preferrably IUD/ Mini pill while breast feeding)/ Start your own routine slowly/ start getting social-Be +ve/ take regular Protein, iron & calcium supplements & enjoy your motherhood!
Thanks
