What Causes Heart Palpitations More Frequently?

I started having fast heart beat in my 20 s. Usually when I went out with friends dancing, my heart would speed up so fast that that I felt like it was gonna beat out my back. It would go on for hours. Now that I m 32 it s been progressing more. I am worried and I m not sure if I should see a doctor.

Hello, I understand your worries but there is no need for worries. Palpitations are very common amongst the general population and could be scary but most times they result due to anxiety. If you are not having additional symptoms like shortness of breath, chest pain that is sharp in nature and radiates to the jaw or back it's likely you are having ''Anxiety". You should try to exercise and eat healthily. Taking deep breaths could also be of help.
