What Causes Heart Palpitations, Facial Redness, Legs And Arms Weakness, Syncope Feelings?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...last night I woke up to my heart racing really fast it took about a minute and it slowed down quickly. Today I was making dinner and my heart flipped hard quit a few times and I felt weak. I sat down by my husband and said I don't fell well and he said my face was red and it felt like someone had their finger on the arterie in my neck cutting off my circulation. I also felt like I was going to pass out my legs and arms were really weak. It took about 5 minutes to get my strength back. Yesterday I got a nasty cold/flu and have been running a small fever with body aches. I have passed out a few times this year from low blood pressure and low pottasium. Last night I took 20 mg of pottasium because I was have leg cramps through out the day. Any idea what is going on. Thank you.

Hello,
You must go and see a cardiologist as early as possible, you have to do investigations for your heart. It seems to me you have a problem to the arterial supply of the heart.

After going through medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that low potassium or high potassium can causes you weard chest symptoms and considering your case i’ll Recommend you to get a basic cardiac evaluation which includes ECG and echocardiography , and blood work up which includes CBC, KFT, F/PPBS and Thyroid profile done . Consult a cardiologist Ora physician with reports for further treatment.
