What Causes Heart Palpitations After Physical Exertion?
I have spme palpitations diagnosed after treadmill as arrythmia..more so lately.. I dance and walk fast and doesnt bother me,, just when sitting after eating etc. Cardiologist gve me cardiac clearance for breast implant removal surgery to I will be having this surgery in 3 wks and found out surgeon uses intercostl al nerve block with steroids for pain and inflammation. Will this affect or make the arrythmia worse. The cardiologist told me to stop coffee and it would improve.

take ECG and consult cardiologist. it can be physiological so can be taken as normal. palpitation with arrhythmia having no other signs and symptoms and cardiac problem can be taken as physiological and normal
