Hi, I am I m Vietnam and for a while I have been very tired and had a loss of appetite. I had a rash and felt achey last week and a dr said it was a viral infecton. I currently have a cold which is slowly getting better but still very tired. After I eat or go to the toilet I get heart palpatations and feel tired. I ve been slightly constipated but when I do go it is yellowy brown and foul smelling. I also have a slight headache which comes and goes and feel dizzy/out of touch with reality most of the day. I have not been diagnosed with stress but I have had some panic attacks while on this holiday and worry constantly about what is wrong with me which doesn t help and is probably what s making me more ill. Do I go back to a dr or few more days rest?
