What Causes Heart Pain And Shortness Of Breath?

Not sure whether it s anything or not. I have occasional pain near the heart but a little closer to the cent of my chest. Also having some pain and discomfort and tenderness under my left arm down further to the end of my rib cage. Also having a little more the usual shortness of breath. Also an occasional pain and numbness and tingling in my left are only. I m 55 year old male that is about 20 lbs over weight with a mechanical Aortic heart valve. Had it since 2009. I m not as active as I should since having had two lower back surgeries and may have to have another. Still, I don t sit on my duff doing nothing. Any suggestions?
