What Causes Heart Burn While On Gabapentin?
Yeah I recently had neck surgery for spinal stenosis and two claps discs that were pushing against my actual spinal cord. I am on Norco and Gabapentin for the pain. I often get bad heartburn and was wondering is it okay if I take Tums if I have not taking my Gabapentin for over 5 hours

It is due to severe gastritis. As a first line management, you can take antacids like pantoprazole or omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
