What Causes Heart Burn Along With Bouts Of Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

I am having a strange feeling of heat on the inside of my knees. They even feel slightly warm to the touch. I ve also been having heartburn all day and most of last night. It s been making me short of breath even. As well as having bouts of dizziness that makes me see double and lightheaded no matter how slow or fast I stand up.

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of heart burn along with bouts of dizziness and lightheadedness which seems to be either infection or inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. I would suggest you to proton pump inhibitors and antacids such as Pantoprazole along with domperidone. You should consult gastroenterologist once and get complete blood investigations done. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. also eat slowly , drink plenty of warm water , do moderate workout and bloating and take plenty of Probiotics like Yogurt in diet. Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for dizziness or vertigo . You should take antispasmodics as well. You should take oral rehydration solution for maintaining the hydration and electrolyte balance of the body.Avoid bending forward and drink green tea .
