General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The headache following an elevated pulse rate can be due to various reasons as
- stress and anxiety
- migraine and other forms of aura
- possible alterations in cerebral blood flow or central venous pressure
- autoimmune conditions affecting medium-sized arteries and veins as Takayasu arteritis or else.

You must seek a consult with expert neuro physician for the same issue before it becomes worrisome.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
