Ive had muffled hearing for the last couple of months. Its very irritating. Ive cleaned my ears out several times but have found no significant wax build up. The only relief i get is if i tilt my head back. Its like a plug is pulled out of my ears and i can hear better. Return my hed to normal and the hearing goes muffled again. I had hearing issues when i was youger but that was some 20 plus years ago. Whats going on?
