What Causes Hearing Loss?
I can hear my own voice when speaking my left ear sounds like im talking with my fingers in my ears ! If i tilt my head to the left my hearing if fine it very frustrating ive had a MRI scan on my ears and it came back with nothing please can you help

You have to perform pure tone audiometry to detect the severity of your hearing loss then you have to use hearing aid according to the investigation.
