What Causes Hearing Loss When I Turn My Head?
For the last week, whenever I am in bed and I turn my head to the left or right, I get this muffled hearing loss. It typically goes away when I lay my head flat on the pillow face-up. It almost has the sensation of liquid drifting to which everside side I lay my head. I have no other symptoms.

you should have complete examination of ear along with test done like PTA and tympanometery.detail history of trauma,medication use,working in noisy environment should be taken
