Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to my knowledge it may result from two reasons: (1) there is a nerve naming vestibulocochlear that does the function of hearing and balancing of body, (2) these may be due to some part of brain that does these functions. You need to properly get that checked by some doctor and get some tests done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Uroosa Najam
