Hello,
Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.
I have gone through the whole question and I feel that your daughter has a
migraine. There are a few problems with taking
Ibuprofen. It is not the best medication to be taken for a migraine. It is better to take
Paracetamol.
Also, in her case, I feel that soccer practice is causing the migraine. There is a chance that you are dehydrated which is causing the issue. You can avoid the trigger factor by drinking lots of water and also by taking electrolytes.
Along with this, try the following to help you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
All the best and wish your daughter a quick recovery.
Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further.
