What Causes Headaches While Suffering From Sinusitis?

I had a cold/cough about 2 weeks ago and now I have sinus pressure and headaches that wont go away. I do not have allergies. I am no longer congested but I have a little bit of nasal dripping? The headaches are primarily around my temples and sinus cavities.
