What Causes Headaches While Suffering From BPPV?
I was diagnosed with bppv a few weeks ago but I m getting really bad headaches like something is pushing on the back of my head and now thereshe pain at the front which also sometimes feels completely numb...I m beginning to worry as my head is pounding and I m feeling anxious and nauseous all the time

Your symptoms seem to be related to migraine. I suggest you to use noninflammatory medication for the pain such as Ibuprofen three times a day. If the symptoms continue I suggest you to see a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.
