What Causes Headaches, Tingling Sensation In The Head And Nausea?

I am a 31 M who recently fainted for the first time (12/5). I saw my wife faint while she was at the hospital and 2 minutes later i fainted. I fell hard according to the nurses and hit the floor, my head bounced off. Since then i have had a bunch of symptoms and not sure if it s just a concussion or something else. They took a cat scan right after it happened and every thing looked good they said. since then my symptoms have been....... Confusion, headache, tingle sensation on the left side of my head, weakness on and off in my legs (inability to walk twice) nausea, heaviness in my chest, a pins and needle sensation in my head, and neck, a few times during the day i get an ice cold sensation in my feet and hands, lethargic feeling, wake up gasping for air,

Hello,

Your symptoms may be suggestive of chronic fatigue syndrome or depressive disorder.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. In case of concussion also you may get a headache and nausea.

But as such you don't have. Get it done serum electrolytes, blood examination.

Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
