You may have a laryngitis which explains your hoarseness and it is probably viral since most of these situations of sudden loss of voice are caused by viruses in the upper respiratory tract which can affect voice as well. Of course, if you went to see the Cleveland Indians play last night and you were SCREAMING when they hit those BACK TO BACK Homeruns then, you could've lost your voice that way as well! LOL....The headache occurring when you change position may be related to your not eating or drinking enough fluids and if you start working on that you could very well feel better. You may also be wise to set up an appointment to see your doctor if there are other symptoms with the headaches such as nausea, vomiting, or dizziness. Write to www.bit.ly/drdariushsaghafi and I can help you with more questions. Sounds though that you are on the upswing so if you just go down the route of GOOD NUTRITION AND GOOD HYDRATION I think you'll feel even better quickly.
