Hello,

Your headache can be due to migraine attack and some times migraine can cause the numbness of face and blurred vision. For headache, do exercise, yoga and meditation daily. Listen peaceful music for relaxation of mind. Avoid noise and stress. Take a healthy diet and plenty of fluids. Take tab paracetamol and ibuprofen after prescription. If your facial numbness remains for a long duration then go to a doctor for Bell's palsy opinion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
