What Causes Headaches, Lightheadedness, Muscle Cramps, Fatigue And Malaise?
My 58 year old husband has symptoms of headaches, lightheadedness, muscle cramps, fatigue and general malaise. He is on blood pressure meds for moderate high blood pressure and his doctor just prescribed a water pill, which seems to make his symptoms worse. What else besides high blood pressure can cause these symptoms?

I suggest checking the level of electrolytes in your blood control blood pressure. Meantime eat healthy foods rich in vitamins and minerals.
