What Causes Headaches, Fluttering In Chest And Pulsating Pain In Arm?

Hi, for the past week i have been having weird fluttering in my chest, weird achy pain throughout what feels like my lungs and chest. Also random stabbing like pain in what feels like my heart that corresponds with a headache that appears and disappears. Also I am having joint pain in my left wrist and sometimes in my right wrist. And pulsating pain throughout my left arm into what feels like the vein in my neck on my left side only. What could this possibly be? I went to the ER when this started happening and they said it is nothing and that my heart is normal. I am 23 years old, a male and I literally just quit smoking. Could this possibly be Lyme Disease?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I don't think this is related to Lyme disease. I think this can be related to anxiety and rapid heart beat. I don't think this is very important since all your tests are normal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
