What Causes Headaches And Heart Palpitations?

I ve been having headaches and heart pulpatations for a couple of months. Sometimes I feel a little nausea and my neck glands feel mildly sore. It started out as a couple of episodes a week to one or two a day. Now it s several times a day and lasts 15 minutes to an hour so it s definitely progressing. After an episode I m quite tired for a little while. I was thinking possibly Lyme. Any thoughts?

I have gone through your query. Viral fevers can cause myocarditis and there by palpitations. Blood routine investigations, ECG(EKG) and echocardiography if needed should be done to rule out this. A consultation with physician is well appreciated.
