Hi dear ,

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headaches and facial numbness long after having meningioma removed . The most probable reasons for symptoms you mention in query is nerve dysfunction . There is condition known as bell's palsy ,which occur due to facial nerve dysfunction . The symptoms can also occur due to trigeminal neuralgia . So no need to panic and consult a neurologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order certain test to rule out condition like trigeminal neuralgia , cervical spondolysis , poor blood supply and diabetic neuropathy . Doctor may prescribe drugs according to diagnosis . For now do exercise of facial muscles and their stretching exercises .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
