What Causes Headaches And Dizziness Along With Bad Breath?
Headaches lasting several days, dizziness that started 3 days ago, bad breath for about 3 weeks now. I had a head trauma 5 years ago. Brain bleed, loss some hearing in an ear, and temporary paralysis on one side of my face . What would I need to look for

I understand your concern. Given the appearance of these new symptoms I recommend you start with a neurological exam followed by a CT scan. This would give your doctor a clear idea abor what is going on.
Bad breath may be related to many things, from tooth decay to diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and I do not think it is necessarily related to the other symptoms.
So a complete check up and a visit to the dentist would be the sensible thing to do.
