General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can have tiredness and dizziness due to a new medication.
So it can be a side effect of the medicine. Gradually your body will adopt to that medicine and dizziness might be decreased.
However, kindly mention the name of the medicine you have started to comment further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
