hello doctor. my name is sarah and i am 19 years old , i am a student of bachelor of arts. my problem is that , i have an headach on the top of the head and burning sensation in eyes for the past three weeks. kindly tell me the reason and treatment.thank you

First of all you need to check your eye sight for any refractive error or week eye muscles leading to eye strain and pain. If eye is normal then most common cause of chronic headache is tension headache which are dull aching band like headache usually not associated by nausea or vomiting. You should consult a ophthalmologist and pain physician for proper history and examination to reach a final diagnosis. For symptomatic relief take PCM 650 mg thrice daily.
