What Causes Headaches Along With Fatigue And Body Chills At Night?

my husband has been feeling generally unwell, low energy, diaphoretic at night, occasional chills, his blood work seems normal, has previously had a cardiac stent, prior empyema. diagnosed copd, he is usually very active and hard working, wakes in generalized pain in the morning and just can t get started. Is on meloxicam for arthritic pain. I had to hold his mavix for 3 weeks because his bp is in the normal range. He has felt like this for about 3 months, has seen a Dr, and had tests done all seem to be normal.
