What Causes Headache?
My child has a headache over her entire head (top, front, sides). She does not have a fever. She has also been very achy. Started this morning. I gave her one acetametaphin tablet about 3 hrs ago. Not sure if I should take her to urgent care. Seems odd to me to have headache & aches with no fever.

Out of these first 4 are more likely. If headache is not responding to medicine or disturbing sleep and daily routine or associated with giddiness then immediately consult doctor
