Hello!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern!

Your symptoms seem to be related to migraine and tension type headache. The fainting and loosing your conscience may be related to a low blood pressure.

Amytriptiline and Migrabeta can lower your blood pressure more. This effect may be the cause of your tiredness and decrease in your everyday performance.

I would recommend you to stop amytriptiline and migrabeta and switch into another treatment with a SSRI antidepressant like sertraline or paroxetine.

I would also advise you to perform a routine blood test for anemia (which can cause fatigue) and regularly monitor your blood pressure. A head Up Tilt test may be necessary to exclude a possible orthostatic hypotension.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
