Hi,

I would explain that his symptoms could be related to uncontrolled high blood pressure or an infection (considering the fact that he has metallic plates inside his head). I would recommend you to closely monitor his blood pressure values. It is also important performing some other tests: - a brain CT scan - complete blood count- coagulation tests- PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation. Hope to have been helpful! Wishing all the best,

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Aida
