What Causes Headache, Vertigo, Dizziness And Throat Pain When Laying Down?

Hello. Last night, I was feeling fine. Got home, got ready for bed and when I went to lay down, felt weird. The symptoms were a sort of mild headache, slight vertigo / dizziness when I closed my eyes and when I breathed, the air felt cold on the back of my throat and hurt the back of my throat. I ended up having a very restless night of little sleep, going in and out of sleep, the back of my neck and head feeling cold and clammy on the pillow and having bad dreams of anxiety. I woke up this morning feeling just slightly better, and if I stand up or sit in a chair, it s much better, but if I lay down, I get a bad pain in the area around the top back of my throat / back of my mouth. I don t recall ever experiencing this. Checked my blood pressure and it s fine. No fever. Any advice?
