What Causes Headache, Upset Stomach, Vomiting, Diarrhea And Dizziness?
My sixteen year old daughter has sudden onset of headache, upset stomach with stomach ache, vomiting and diarrhea, She is dizzy when she lays down and upon standing. She is 5 5 and weighs 115 pounds. She sees her pediatrician as needed for vaccines, school physicals, etc. The symptoms started approximately at 1:00a.m. this morning. She continues to be symptomatic. Please advise. Respectfully,

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting, dizziness, could be due to dyspepsia and it may be associated with infection, most of the time it is self limiting may not needs any treatment but hydration needs to be taken care, for vomiting and abdomen pain Tab Domperidone and Dicyclomine it can be given as per needed, if symptoms not improved then better to see the doctor hope this information helps.
