What Causes Headache, Tremors, Fatigue And Loss Of Balance?

I have been having headaches in the base of my brain, as well as shaking, fatigue, and dropping things. This has included my current diagnosis of RA, and Lupus. My mother has Lupis, as well as my maternal grandmothers. What are the possible reasons for this? I also have involuntary jerky movements of my arms and hands from time to time.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be due to any specific disease but it need to be sent for CT brain study just on precaution basis and to rule out the possibility of any cerebral pathology else it may be nonspecific symptoms may be age and gender related which is not given here hope this information helps.
