Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are most probably having a viral infection. It is involving upper respiratory tract. So I would recommend you to do following.
1.Meet a physcian and start taking antibiotics like Ofloxacin tablet 400 mg twice daily.
2.Avoid cold temperature.
3. Take brufen 4oo mg daily.
I hope this treatment will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
