Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! I read your question carefully and understand your concern. Your performed cardiac tests exclude any possible cardiac disorders, related to this symptomatology. A neurological disorder such as partial epileptic seizures could explain this symptoms. From the other hand anxiety should be also taken into consideration. I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam for neurological signs, an EEG and a brain CT scan . A cervical column X ray study would be needed to exclude possible cervical slipped disk, which could cause irradiating radicular pain and numbness in the left limbs.
