What Causes Headache, Heart Palpitations And Tingling In Left Arm And Leg?

I m a female 39 years old. Thought I was having a heart attack because felt like something reached inside me and squeezed my heart. Then I had a dull pain in my heart. I have continued to have this for three months. I had an MRI, EKG, an Echo ultrasound, blood work checked and a stress test. Everything has checked out normal. My new symptoms are, tingling down my left arm and leg, the feeling of molasses being poured over my head and oozing down my face, mainly when I lay down. I ve also had a itchy sensation internally on my left chest. Along with headaches and heart palpitations. Would love some advice!!

Hello!
Thank you for asking on HCM!
I read your question carefully and understand your concern.

Your performed cardiac tests exclude any possible cardiac disorders, related to this symptomatology.

A neurological disorder such as partial epileptic seizures could explain this symptoms.

From the other hand anxiety should be also taken into consideration.

I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical exam for neurological signs, an EEG and a brain CT scan .

A cervical column X ray study would be needed to exclude possible cervical slipped disk, which could cause irradiating radicular pain and numbness in the left limbs. If such suspicions are raised, a cervical spine MRI would be necessary.

Hope to have been of help!
Greetings!
