What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?

I painted my bedroom and I also used spray paint. The window was open but the door was closed. It was hot in the room and I was in there for at least an hour and a half. Now I have a very bad headache and I am dizzy and nauseated. I am feeling very faint and very unwell.

Dear- thanks for using HCM and will give you my advise. It is very important to keep a room ventilated when you are painting. Open windows might not be enough and you have the headache ,dizziness and nausea due to the inhalation of the chemicals that are part of the painting material. You will need to get fresh air and avoid to paint for few days until recover from the inhalation. You should get a mask to protect your airways . Keep your area well ventilated to avoid same problem again.
I hope that my advise has been helpful.
