What Causes Headache, Breathing Difficulty And Right Shoulder Pain?
I have had a headache for 4 days. I don t always start the day with one, but end with one. I have migraines and take Advil and then non dissolvable maxault for it. They help for awhile. But I have been feeling like I can t get a deep enough breathe. And my right arm and shoulder have been hurting. Do I need to go to ER or urgent care?

Let me tell you that symptoms described by you suggests that you may be some heart problem.
You need a emergency 12 lead ECG
You have also migraine problem so your blood pressure may be high, in this situation you need anti hypertensive medication.
Yes need urgent care if your symptoms are gradually increased.
