What Causes Headache, Body Pain, Fatigue And Burning Sensation In The Throat?

I have the following symptoms, headache, ears and throat burning, extreme body aches, no temperature. It started 7/25. I had total laryngitis on 7/27. Extremely fatigued. I had a cough but that is gone. The laryngitis is gone but i still have extreme body aches, headache, ears and throat burn and fatigue. I also had post nasal drip. Went to urgent care and they said I had a virus. Gave me a pill for the cough, said to use throat spray. 3 weeks later I feel as bad as I did on 7/25. I have an appointment with my dr tomorrow but I would like an idea as to what you think.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
It does sound like yo had a viral syndrome. Sometimes the fatigue and body aches after that type of illness can last for a few weeks. It is good that you are seeing your doctor to make sure that you have not developed any sort of secondary bacterial infection.
Regards
