Hello,

If these symptoms of headaches that are numerous tied together with nausea/vomiting and lack of appetite or the ability to hold anything down with fatigue lethargy setting in.

My concern is that you may be DEHYDRATED more than anything else.

If you are not able to hold any type of food or liquid down then, I believe your best option is to see a doctor either in an URGENT CARE or EMERGENCY ROOM SETTING.

The headaches could be from a viral infection or you could be exhibiting severe headaches of a migraine type due to stress and anxiety.

Whichever these are vomiting several times a day without being able to maintain nutrition or hydration is not going to be good for you so please seek out help immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
