What Causes Headache And Tiredness After Having Noten And Micardis?

I currently take daily 30 mg noten and micardis. however I constantly feel I have DULL HEADACHE AND FEEL TIRED. I SOMEHOW FEEL ITS THE TABS I TAKE THAT MAKE ME FEEL THIS WAY.is there another medication I can take for blood pressure with out the side effects I now have.

I really appreciate your concern if you are suffering from hypertension so because of minimal side effects you can not change the drug because all the antihypertensive drugs are having more or less same kind of side effects and these are not harmful, keep taking the drugs that you are taking after some time everything would be okay, take care.
