What Causes Headache And Stomach Ache After Eating Meat Or Drinking Milk?
I get a headache after I drink milk and my stomach hurts when I eat milk containing things such as sour cream. My stomach also hurts when I eat breakfast sausages (might have soy). Also, my stomach constantly makes sounds. Should I stop eating meat(does it likely have soy?)and stop drinking milk (even though I will lose the enzyme to process it)?
