What Causes Headache And Difficulty In Opening Eyes?

I have had a severe headache for over 12 hours now. The pain has stopped me from sleeping and eating. The pain is all round my head mostly my eyes/brow bone area. I find it really hard to open my eyes and see properly. I ve took paracetamol and nothing s working? What could it be? Do I need to go to hospital?
