What Causes Headache After Taking Glycomet-GP1?

Hello Doctor, Good Day My father has started taking Glycomet-GP1 for the last 10 days. His blood-sugar level is around 160. But the concern here is he is getting headache every day after taking this medicine. For the headache he is taking vasograin every day. could you please suggest if this side effect of the medicine is normal and is the dosage of Glycomet suited for him considering his blood-sugar level? He is away form his native and not able to consult his doctor. Any help on thiswould be greatly appreciated Thanks

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The headache is part of side effect profile of the Glycomet and the same should be addressed to the treating physician for the change of molecule or dosage.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
