What Causes Headache After Masturbation?
sir, I am a male of 28 years, facing may problem related to sexual life. After masturbation the next whole day a little headache is there with little and or irritation in penis, urinal frequency also increases. i am not able to focus on my work. please guide me what to do

During masturbation there is high sympathetic activity and followed by sudden loss at orgasm..this have some side effects over body and mind.i think you also have some retrograde orgasm.that may cause irritation in urination.
Do-take plenty of water after each episode.dont do frequently.
Take some multivitamins for a few days.
Also consult a urologist for the irritation after masturbation.
