Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. These are suggestive of a condition called as BPPV- benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.

BPPV is a problem caused to middle ear pathology, and can be easily treated.

The main symptom in BPPV is vertigo or dizziness brought on by head or neck movements. There may be a feeling of nausea, vomiting or imbalance associated with that.

You can take betahistine tablets for symptom relief.

Vestibular rehabilitation exercises may be done to prevent its recurrence and faster recovery.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
