What Causes Head Pressure And Disorientation Leading To Anxiety?
about a month ago I started getting head pressure and confusion which would bring on anxiety now I m worried about a month ago I started getting head pressure and confusion feelings which would bring on anxiety now I m worried whether I have a tumor or not but I am also wondering what could be causing fatigue everyday along with it I have a non stop ringing in ears with vertigo, I m so worried

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have head pressure and disorientation leading to anxiety . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like middle ear infection , labyrinthitis , anxiety disorder , iron deficiency , diabetes, type 2 , sinusitis and sometimes cardiac problem can also give such signs . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to rule out ear problem and sinusitis . Doctor will examine ear with otoscope and order CT scan for sinusitis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like genatmicin or amoxicillin , decongestant or expectorant . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist for cardiac problem . For now drink green tea with ginger thrice a day , avoid bending forward and apply dry warm compresses to external ear . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine .
