What Causes Hardness In Abdominal Area After Liposuction?

I had liposuction done on upper and lower abs. I am 6 days post op and my areas are hard and somewhat distended. I have worn the 1st stage compression garment and binder consistently for 24 hours every day except for showers.. what can I do to help the hardness go away

At only 6 days post-op, it's almost entirely likely that what you are feeling is related to temporary swelling. This is totally normal at this stage, and will subside over the next few weeks.Gently massage in the shower should be fine.
Your experience is normal and your compression garment should help.
