I have had surgery to repair my elbow when younger and now I was working out the other day, the surgically repaired areas is not hurting but towards the inside of my arm near my elbow is swollen and hurts to move also my right below my bicep is very hard and feels like I am flexing at all times and I am in a lot of pain can hardly move the arm. Any idea of what this could be?
