What Causes Hard Skin On Stomach Along With Stomach Pain?

my son has muscular dystrophy and scoliosis and he has skin folds and the skin is hardened under the skin on his stomach Had a cat scan it was negiative he has a lot of pain in his stomach especially near his belly button the doctor is er didn t know what it is Can you tell me what this condition is called so I can go to the correct doctor thanks
