What Causes Hard Lump Under Clavicle?

Under my right clavicle there is a 4 diameter hard immoveable lump. It wasn t sore, but I think now I think it is. The pain might be in my head but it does seem a bit sore maybe from touching it so much! I just noticed how big it was Saturday

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged supraclavicular lymphnode. It can be due to reactive hyperplasia, tuberculosis, lymphoma or metastatic carcinoma. Or it can be some soft tissue tumor like lipoma or neurofibroma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
